Maxine Sharf is a food blogger and recipe developer. The youngest and only daughter with two older brothers, Maxine grew up cooking with her family and has been able to roll a wonton for as long as she can remember. Her mom is Korean and Chinese, and her dad is Russian, Romanian and Polish, so Maxine was exposed to lots of different flavors in the house. Throughout her career, Maxine has worked in fashion, broadcast journalism and technology, but her main passion is cooking and sharing recipes with the world. When she’s not in the kitchen, Maxine can be found planning her next big adventure abroad (culinary-focused, of course) or keeping it local in LA at dinner with friends.
