There’s something so satisfying about a Korean spicy cucumber salad - super refreshing and packed with salty, spicy flavor. The perfect healthy side dish for an Asian meal!

- Make the sauce by mixing together the garlic, scallions, soy sauce, gochugaru, sugar, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Add the sauce to the sliced cucumbers and onion and mix together - enjoy! Sprinkle with some fresh sesame seeds on top before serving.
