Healthier Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Everyone at your Super Bowl potluck is going to love you for this one! My healthier spinach and artichoke dip which I lightened up by subbing in Greek yogurt for half the mayo. Serve this dip with chips or sliced veggies for a low carb option✨

- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Thaw the frozen spinach and drain out the excess liquid
- In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, garlic, spinach, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parmesan, mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with some additional parmesan and mozzarella
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese on top is melted and bubbling; serve with chips or sliced veggies
