Instructions
- Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and set 1/4 cup aside (to serve on top of the tacos); mix the rest of the sauce with the slaw ingredients.
- Season the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt.
- Heat up a pan over medium high and add 1 tsp olive oil; add the shrimp and cook 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Heat up your tortillas on a pan or in the microwave and top each tortilla with some slaw, shrimp, a slice of avocado and some additional yogurt sauce on top - enjoy!
