Blackened Chicken

Blackened chicken thighs packed with smoky flavor 🔥 they’re seared in a cast iron pan and then finished in the oven - an easy and delicious weeknight dinner!

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and mix together all of the spices besides salt and pepper.
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper and then coat evenly in the spice mix.
- Preheat a cast iron (or oven safe) skillet over medium high until smoking; add the chicken and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place in oven and cook 15-20 more minutes until internal temp reads 165°F or above.
- Serve with minced parsley on top and enjoy!
