Blackened chicken thighs packed with smoky flavor 🔥 they’re seared in a cast iron pan and then finished in the oven - an easy and delicious weeknight dinner!

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and mix together all of the spices besides salt and pepper.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper and then coat evenly in the spice mix.
  3. Preheat a cast iron (or oven safe) skillet over medium high until smoking; add the chicken and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Place in oven and cook 15-20 more minutes until internal temp reads 165°F or above.
  5. Serve with minced parsley on top and enjoy!
