Pomegranate Bark

Pomegranate bark! One of my favorite easy, light desserts!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted (mine took 1 minute 30 seconds total).
- Spoon a layer of chocolate into the cupcake liners (I doubled the liners so they held their form) and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
- Top with a drizzle of chocolate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Option to sprinkle with maldon salt if you like a little sweet and salty mix! I also just think it looks pretty.
