Grilled Swordfish

Swordfish is a super meaty, mild tasting fish which pairs perfectly with this tangy mango jalapeño salsa. Such a great 30 minute meal for the summer!

Instructions
- Mix together the ingredients for the salsa; taste and add more lime or salt if needed and set aside.
- Preheat the grill on high for 15 minutes.
- While the grill is preheating, marinate the swordfish in olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Oil the grill so the fish does not stick and then grill swordfish over high heat with the lid closed for 4-6 minutes per side.
- Remove from the grill and serve with mango salsa on top - enjoy!
