Swordfish is a super meaty, mild tasting fish which pairs perfectly with this tangy mango jalapeño salsa. Such a great 30 minute meal for the summer!

Ingredients

Mango Salsa
Swordfish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ingredients for the salsa; taste and add more lime or salt if needed and set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill on high for 15 minutes.
  3. While the grill is preheating, marinate the swordfish in olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  4. Oil the grill so the fish does not stick and then grill swordfish over high heat with the lid closed for 4-6 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve with mango salsa on top - enjoy!
