This cauliflower crust pizza is a delicious low carb + keto alternative to regular ‘za 🍕 It’s also so easy and only takes 10 minutes to prep with no food processor needed!

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Microwave the cauliflower for five minutes and then let cool.
  3. Empty our cauliflower onto a cheese cloth (or thin kitchen towel), squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  4. Add cauliflower to a bowl with the 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt & eggs - mix together.
  5. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick and form a circular pizza shape out of the cauliflower mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Take the crust out and add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella and Parmesan (feel free to add more toppings too!)
  7. Bake for 10 more minutes.
