My mom has lost 15 pounds eating this for lunch every day over the past couple months, so healthy and filling! Packed with veggies and made with light sour cream and Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
Ingredients
Tuna
Salad
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients for the tuna; taste and add more salt, pepper or lemon if needed!
- Toss the mixed greens in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper; place into a bowl.
- Pour the tuna on top of the mixed greens and top with crispy quinoa - enjoy!
