Taco Stuffed Avocado

Taco stuffed avocados. A delicious and easy low carb (& keto friendly!) lunch or dinner
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, sauté ground turkey in olive oil with salt and pepper.
- Mix the taco seasoning packet with 3/4 cup of water and add it to ground turkey; sauté until the taco sauce thickens and the turkey is cooked through.
- Turn off the heat and mix in the tomatoes, red onion and jalapeño.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit; carve out a larger hole (use the extra avocado for guac later!) and sprinkle with salt and pepper; stuff the turkey mixture into the avocado (it should be heaping out).
- Top with cheese and sour cream and enjoy!
