My grandpa's famous sautéed king oyster mushrooms are so insanely good 🤤 tangy, creamy and (slightly) spicy all at the same time! If you've never had oyster mushrooms, you need to try them ASAP! They have a super meaty texture and a delicious mild taste; you can buy them at most Asian grocery stores✨

  1. 1️⃣ Heat up 1 Tbs of butter in a large pan over medium high heat; add the oyster mushrooms, garlic and chicken broth and sauté for 2-3 minutes
  2. 2️⃣ Add the jalapeño and sauté for another 2-3 minutes or until the oyster mushrooms are tender; season with salt and pepper
  3. 3️⃣ Once the mushrooms are almost fully tender, stir in the white wine and butter and sauté until sauce has thickened and reduced
  4. 4️⃣ Turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon juice on top; taste and add salt and pepper if needed - enjoy!
