Sauteéd King Oyster Mushrooms

My grandpa's famous sautéed king oyster mushrooms are so insanely good 🤤 tangy, creamy and (slightly) spicy all at the same time! If you've never had oyster mushrooms, you need to try them ASAP! They have a super meaty texture and a delicious mild taste; you can buy them at most Asian grocery stores✨

Instructions
- 1️⃣ Heat up 1 Tbs of butter in a large pan over medium high heat; add the oyster mushrooms, garlic and chicken broth and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- 2️⃣ Add the jalapeño and sauté for another 2-3 minutes or until the oyster mushrooms are tender; season with salt and pepper
- 3️⃣ Once the mushrooms are almost fully tender, stir in the white wine and butter and sauté until sauce has thickened and reduced
- 4️⃣ Turn off the heat and squeeze the lemon juice on top; taste and add salt and pepper if needed - enjoy!
