Low Carb Breakfast Burrito

This low carb breakfast burrito is my new favorite meal. You can make them ahead of time before the week starts and warm them up each morning for an easy grab and go breakfast. I used the Mission carb balance tortilla which is delish!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Scramble eggs with salt and pepper and cook bacon until crispy.
- Add the eggs, bacon, green salsa and cheddar cheese to a low carb tortilla and roll into a burrito.
- Place the burrito on a preheated George Foreman grill (or any panini press) and cook for 3 minutes - enjoy!
