Is there anything better than nuts and chocolate!? I made this dark chocolate almond bark as part of my New Years Eve food spread and it turned out delicious! Such a quick and easy dessert that looks beautiful on the table and is great for guests.

Instructions
- Chop the almonds and microwave the chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted (mine took 1 minute 30 seconds total).
- Spoon a layer of chocolate into the cupcake liners (I doubled the liners so they held their form) and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then sprinkle with maldon salt (the salt shows up more if you sprinkle once the chocolate is set) -- enjoy!
