Artichoke bottoms stuffed with goat cheese and herbs, my new favorite hot appetizer!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain the artichoke bottoms and trim the base if needed so that they sit flat.
  3. Mix together the goat cheese, parsley, chives and garlic and stuff into the artichoke bottoms (stuffing should be heaping out); place a fresh sage leaf on top of each one.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
