Stuffed Artichokes

Artichoke bottoms stuffed with goat cheese and herbs, my new favorite hot appetizer!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drain the artichoke bottoms and trim the base if needed so that they sit flat.
- Mix together the goat cheese, parsley, chives and garlic and stuff into the artichoke bottoms (stuffing should be heaping out); place a fresh sage leaf on top of each one.
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
