Easy Asian Black Cod

Wow this Asian black cod is so insanely easy and SO DELICIOUS! I used Soy Vay gluten free teriyaki sauce which is the perfect way to add flavor to a quick weeknight dinner
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Sprinkle the cod filets with salt and pepper.
- Generously spread the Soy Vay sauce on the fish or if you have time marinate the fish flesh side down in the soy vay for 30 minutes up to 3 hours.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve with lemon - enjoy!
