Wow this Asian black cod is so insanely easy and SO DELICIOUS! I used Soy Vay gluten free teriyaki sauce which is the perfect way to add flavor to a quick weeknight dinner

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Sprinkle the cod filets with salt and pepper.
  3. Generously spread the Soy Vay sauce on the fish or if you have time marinate the fish flesh side down in the soy vay for 30 minutes up to 3 hours.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes and serve with lemon - enjoy!
