My mom’s friend Betsy brought this smoked trout dip over as an appetizer during the holidays and we were all blown away! So good that I had to make it myself on New Years Eve. Thank you Betsy and Donna for recipe inspiration.

- Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper; top with some sprinkled chives and dill and a drizzle of olive oil, garnish with a lemon wedge.
