The crispy sesame crust on this salmon is to die for! This recipe is also super easy (20 mins from start to finish) and is sure to impress your friends and family. Make it tonight for Sunday dinner.

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and sprinkle salmon filets with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together the egg white and cornstarch and brush a layer onto the top side of the salmon.
  3. Pour the sesame seeds onto a plate and press the salmon into the seeds so that the top of the filet is fully coated.
  4. In a large skillet, heat up olive oil on medium high heat; sear the seeded side of the salmon for 2-3 minutes or until sesame crust is golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet (seeded side up) and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through; drizzle with fresh lemon before serving.
