This chocolate chia pudding is packed with fiber and omega-3s! I drizzled some melted paleo chocolate chips on top which turned into a chocolate shell, the perfect healthy dessert or breakfast.

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and milk of your choice (coconut milk will make the pudding creamier!)
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring once in the middle.
  3. Take out of the fridge and stir again, serve with cacao nibs, raspberries and a chocolate drizzle (which becomes a chocolate shell) on top.
