Chocolate Chia Pudding

This chocolate chia pudding is packed with fiber and omega-3s! I drizzled some melted paleo chocolate chips on top which turned into a chocolate shell, the perfect healthy dessert or breakfast.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix together the chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and milk of your choice (coconut milk will make the pudding creamier!)
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring once in the middle.
- Take out of the fridge and stir again, serve with cacao nibs, raspberries and a chocolate drizzle (which becomes a chocolate shell) on top.
