Garlic Broccoli Rabe

Broccoli rabe with garlic and red pepper flakes - the perfect veggie side dish!

Instructions
- Blanch broccoli rabe in boiling water for 2 minutes; then drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant; add broccoli rabe and sauté until tender (~7 min).
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and enjoy!
