Blueberry Tie Dye Cookies
Prep time: 15 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 30 Min
My mom’s sugar cookies! Blueberries in every bite, a soft/pillowy texture, and not too sweet. Simple ingredients that are probably stocked in your pantry right now!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs; mix in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla, flour and milk.
- Fold in the frozen blueberries until you get streaks of color throughout the dough (don’t mix too much!) and form into 1” balls (easiest to use a cookie scoop if you have one).
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are slightly golden brown (center may still look a little underdone; we love them this way, but feel free to cook longer if you prefer a more well done cookie).
- Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
