The BEST ever crab cakes inspired by my friend Beth! I love how these have very little breading / filler and really let the crab shine. I can't wait to make this recipe again! The perfect easy appetizer or light dinner

Instructions

  1. Gently mix together all ingredients (because you want the chunks of crab to stay intact) and form into 6 crab cakes (about 1/2 cup filling each); press cakes between your palms so that they are tightly packed and do not fall apart.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F and coat a large skillet with olive oil over medium high heat; pan sear the crab cakes for 1-2 minutes per side (until golden brown) and then transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce and enjoy!
