Easy Sausage Spaghetti

Needed something hearty and comforting for dinner on Sunday night so I whipped up this sausage spaghetti in 15 minutes - so easy and so satisfying! I made it with gluten free spaghetti, but feel free to sub in zucchini noodles to make this dish low carb / keto friendly.

Instructions
- Boil water for pasta (water should be salty and should taste like the ocean) and in a separate pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add the sausage to the pan with the garlic and sauté until cooked through; add the marinara sauce and sauté until hot.
- Boil the spaghetti until al dente ~10 minutes; if making with zucchini noodles instead, heat them up in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour the sausage meat sauce onto the spaghetti and serve with Parmesan and fresh parsley on top.
