Shrimp w/Garlic and White Wine
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 10 MinTotal time: 15 Min
The easiest, most delicious sautéed shrimp - this recipe takes just 15 minutes start to finish! The sauce is made with garlic, white wine and lemon which pairs so well with the shrimp. I served it with a salad on the side but it would also go great over pasta for a heartier option!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium high heat, melt the butter and olive oil and then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant (~2 min); add the white wine.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté until pink and then flip over and cook the other side (~4 minutes total depending on the size or the shrimp).
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and parsley; stir and turn off the heat - serve shrimp with garlic white wine sauce from the pan spooned on top!
