These are the most delicious scallops! Tender, delicious and packed with sesame soy flavor. The whole dish takes just 10 minutes start to finish! Thank you to my Aunt Susan for the recipe.

  1. Dry the scallops and toss with a pinch of salt and pepper; roll the scallops in flour so that they are coated on all sides.
  2. Heat oil and butter over medium high heat; add the scallops and sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  3. Drizzle the soy sauce over the scallops and top with sesame seeds; turn off the heat and add the lemon juice on top - best enjoyed immediately.
