Pan Fried Tofu

Crispy pan fried tofu topped with a spicy Korean sauce, my new favorite vegan appetizer!
Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
- Cut the tofu in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 10 thin squares.
- Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add the tofu and pan fry until golden brown (5-6 min), flip and add the additional Tbsp of oil and pan fry until golden.
- Transfer onto a paper towel lined plate (to absorb excess oil) until all tofu is cooked; place on a serving plate, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top - enjoy!
