One pan chicken with broccoli. The perfect easy dinner! I brined the chicken in salt water first because it seals the moisture in when cooked, but you can definitely skip that step if you’re short on time!

  1. Preheat oven roll 400°F.
  2. (Optional) Mix together the water and kosher salt to create a brine; soak the chicken breasts in the brine for 15-30 minutes (this will make them super juicy when cooked!); when done brining, rinse chicken off in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt & pepper on both sides.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and toss with olive oil and minced garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
