Healthy curry chicken salad made with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayo, another super healthy lunch recipe that my mom and I have been eating to slim down! Also a great way to make use of leftover chicken

Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except the pumpkin seeds; taste and add salt, pepper and lemon to taste.
- Add the pumpkin seeds on top and enjoy! Eat as is or serve over a bed or greens.
