Gluten Free Tuna Melt

This gluten free tuna melt was the best sandwich I’ve made in a while, hot and melty on the inside with crispy crunchy panini pressed bread.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat panini press grill (I used a George Foreman).
- Mix together the tuna, yellow onion, lite mayo and salt & pepper to taste.
- Place the provolone cheese on a piece gluten free bread and then add the tuna mixture and the other piece of bread on top.
- Grill in the panini press for 4-5 minutes until hot and toasty - enjoy!
