Dijon Chicken

My future mother in law’s Dijon chicken. I absolutely love this dish! So delicious, packed with flavor, and the prep takes less than 10 minutes! Thank you Andrea for this recipe

- Preheat oven to 450°F and line baking sheet with foil and then spray with nonstick.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; mix together the Dijon and white wine vinegar in a bowl; pour out the Italian breadcrumbs onto a plate.
- Coat the chicken in the Dijon + vinegar mixture and then cover with breadcrumbs on both sides; place onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle parmesan on each chicken breast and drizzle with olive oil (I forgot to do this in the video but would definitely recommend it! It makes the chicken breading much more moist).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reads 165°F or above - enjoy!
